Adonify exists because chapter operations still run on spreadsheets, group-chat threads, and whoever happens to remember. Points get lost, dues get awkward, and the members doing the real work are invisible until elections.
What we believe
- Accountability is empowerment. When contribution is visible, people step up. A live leaderboard isn’t surveillance. It’s recognition that finally reaches the members who earn it.
- Officers shouldn’t be data-entry clerks. Point requests with photo proof, one-tap approvals, automatic at-risk flags. The bookkeeping should run itself so officers can actually lead.
- One place, zero spreadsheets. Points, tasks, events, goals, and dues records belong in one system that every member can see and trust.
What Adonify is
A chapter-management platform for Greek chapters and student orgs: point tracking with an append-only ledger, live leaderboards, task and event management with approvals, goals, dues bookkeeping, and member communication, designed dark-first, built gamified, and enforced securely on the server.
