Changelog

What’s shipped, newest first. Adonify is in early access and moving quickly — expect this page to grow.

Dialogs that fit, and a second security pass

  • Every dialog opens fully on screen. Create a task, log a payment, post an opportunity, invite members — on a short laptop screen the top of these was getting cut off. They now fit at any window size, scroll when they’re taller than your screen, close with Esc, and keep keyboard focus inside them.
  • Removing a member is final. Someone you remove can no longer rejoin with the chapter code on their own. If you change your mind, a new Removed list on the Members page adds them back — as a member, with committees and task assignments cleared.
  • Second full security audit: limits on every submission are now enforced by the database itself rather than the form, proof photos are tied to the member who uploaded them, and your chapter’s invite code and at-risk outreach history are admin-only at every layer.

Rough edges

  • Events can’t be scheduled in the past any more — checked against your chapter’s time zone, so tonight still counts.
  • Logging in and switching chapters happen right on the page now, without a separate screen.
  • The Adonify mark in the sidebar takes you back to your dashboard, and it replaces the placeholder icon in your browser tab.

Live at adonify.net

  • Adonify is live. Chapters can sign up and start tracking points today.
  • Member Controls. One tab for everything your members can see and do: leaderboard detail, points history, at-risk visibility, which point categories need admin approval, chat and DM access, and whether members can export their own data.
  • Switching chapters is a dropdown in the sidebar instead of a full-page detour.

Email, reports & your account

  • Notifications. Weekly chapter digests, pending-request and upcoming-event nudges, and at-risk reminders you can send to one member or the whole list. Officers set what the chapter sends; every member controls what they personally receive.
  • Reports. Season overview, member-by-member breakdown, category and task analytics, committee comparison, and an attendance trend — each exportable to CSV. Members can export their own record when you allow it.
  • Your account. Name and profile photo, two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and self-serve account deletion.
  • Report a bug or send us an idea straight from the sidebar.

Money & messaging

  • Finances. A chapter ledger with running balance and cash-flow chart, per-committee budgets that track spend against their cap, and member dues — log payments, run a dues drive, and see who still owes. Record-keeping for now; no payment processing yet.
  • Chat. Channels, direct messages, reactions, pinned messages, and file attachments, updating live. Announcement channels let officers post while everyone else reads.

Tasks, events, goals & committees

  • Tasks. Assign to the whole chapter, specific members, a committee, or leave it open for whoever picks it up. Points post the moment a task is done.
  • Events & attendance. RSVP, mark members present, late, absent, or excused, then finalize once to award points and apply penalties in a single pass.
  • Goals. Chapter-wide targets in members, hours, dollars, events, or attendance rate. Progress updates itself as linked tasks, events, and opportunities get completed.
  • Opportunities. Post claimable spots first-come, first-served with a hard cap, so two members can’t take the last one.
  • Committees. Create them, assign members, and watch committees compete on their own leaderboard.

Live demo & polished emails

  • Live demo is here. Explore a full sample chapter — leaderboard, tasks, events, finances, and both the admin and member views — no account needed, nothing saved.
  • Confirmation and password-reset emails redesigned in the Adonify look.
  • New public pages: pricing, about, press kit, and the full legal set (terms, privacy, cookies, accessibility, data handling).

Security hardening & landing polish

  • Pre-launch security audit: invite-code brute-force protection tightened, rate-limit keys hardened, and redirect handling locked down.
  • Landing page rebuilt to pixel parity with the design — plus the full animation pass: hero rise-in, scroll reveals, count-ups, and the flying crest. All motion respects prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Login and signup moved into an overlay on the landing page — fewer clicks to get in.

The core loop

  • Accounts & chapters: email signup with verification, org creation for officers, invite codes for members, admin/member roles, and an org switcher for multi-org users.
  • Points engine: append-only ledger, season and weekly totals, admin awards and deductions with reasons, monthly category caps, and at-risk flagging below the season minimum.
  • Leaderboard: live rankings by week or season with medals, progress bars, and admin-controlled visibility (top-N, exact totals, freeze).
  • Point requests: members submit with photo proof; admins approve or reject with notes; small requests can auto-approve under a configurable threshold.
