Frequently asked questions
How do I join my chapter?
Ask an officer for your chapter’s invite code or invite link. Create an account, then enter the code when Adonify asks which chapter you’re joining. Opening an invite link fills the code in for you. Officers find the code under Invite members.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen (on the web or in the app). We’ll email you a link to set a new one. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
How do I report a bug or suggest an idea?
On the web, open the account menu and choose Report a Bug / Idea. You can attach a screenshot. In the app, use the same item in your profile menu if your version has it, or tap Help & Support and email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap your profile picture, open Settings (called Security in some versions) and scroll to Danger Zone. On the web, open the account menu and choose the same item. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately. Your login, email, photo and personal profile are removed; records your chapter keeps for its own totals show “Former Member” instead of your name. The Privacy Policy has the full retention rules.
I can’t delete my account because I’m the last admin.
A chapter with other members always needs an admin. Promote another member to admin first, then delete your account. If you’re the only member, the chapter is deleted along with your account.
My points, dues or role look wrong.
Chapter officers manage points, dues and roles, so start with an officer in your chapter. If something still looks broken, use Report a Bug / Idea or email us.
Does Adonify cost anything?
